It seems we still don't support properly fragmentation on tables ( bug #534751 ) and flexboxes (bug #606350).
Probably the work to do there will be similar to the one we need to do for Grid.

We only support fragmentation on block flows INSIDE tables and flexboxes, but not between table rows [1], table sections, flex items or flex lines.

[1] https://codereview.chromium.org/1602773005 introduced partial support for breaking between table rows, though.

This issue has been Available for over a year. If it's no longer important or seems unlikely to be fixed, please consider closing it out. If it is important, please re-triage the issue.
