"Back" keyword not working on sites pinned to desktop with "Open as window"

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.6 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a page ex: "https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/"
2. Click Menu > More Tools > Add to desktop
3. Select "Open as window" and add
4. Open created shortcut on the desktop
5. Navigate a link on that opened shortcut.
6. Press "Backspace" keyboard key

What is the expected behavior?
Browser should go back to previous page

What went wrong?
Nothing changes. Backspace keyboard key is not recognised

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.6  Channel: dev
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

sorry for issue description. It should be "Backspace" key not working on sites pinned to desktop with "Open as window"

and forgot to add that issue not exists on latest stable ve beta versions of chrome.
