Autofill not respecting autocomplete (edge case)

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 53.0.2749.0 (Developer Build) (64-bit)
URLs (if applicable) : https://jsfiddle.net/s9f06mmt/2/
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari: OK
    Firefox: OK
         IE: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Add a credit card in Autofill settings
(2) Go to the jsfiddle URL above.
(3) Dubbel click on the first input field

What is the expected result?
Field should get focus and no autofill option should appear.

What happens instead?
Autofill for credit card appears.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

It seems it's the combination of the Swedish word nummer (number) in a label with the attribute "for" that for some reason makes Chromium to not respect autocomplete attribute on the input field.
