Regression:After clicking on any share option overlay disappears.

OS:Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and open NTP, click on star icon such that bookmark overlay appears.
2.Right click on name field and select 'facebook' or 'twitter' option from share section of context menu,observe.

Actual: After clicking on any share option overlay disappears.

Expected: After clicking on any share option overlay should be displayed properly.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M44' and will soon update other info.
