logged out of google on my personal profile

Version: 53.0.2746.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)
OS: Windows 10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch Chrome
(2) I'm logged out
(3) When logging in, it doesn't even know my username.

What is the expected output?

Should know who I am, even if I'm logged out, it should know who I am...

What do you see instead?

Login page asking me for username.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

This happened some time between last night and today so maybe a regression between 53.0.2745.0 (possibly 53.0.2744.0) and 53.0.2746.0

I can't find anything in the regression range that might have caused this, perhaps it was something on the server end...? Does seem strange though.

Tested in win7 and win10 on latest canary 53.0.2748.0 canary, issue is not reproduceble. please find the screenshot and confirm from your side.
