[Findit] Calculate confidence for Findit results |

Issue descriptionWhat is the bug or feature: Develop a cron job to run every week to calculate the accuracy rates for try job results and heuristic results and use these accuracy rates as the confidences for each kind of results. For heuristic results, first categorize them into High, Normal and Low score group using the highest score for each result and calculate confidences separately.
