sharepoint 2013 launch blogging apps in google chrome is not working

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Open MS Word by clicking on that app

What went wrong?
Not opening Word

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.102  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Also, the link from where to add the Sharepoint 2013 to Chrome Launcher/Extension.
