smoothness.image_decoding_cases
smoothness.gpu_rasterization_and_decoding.image_decoding_cases

to be monitored, so alerts are generated for it. Thanks.

I'm really sorry for the slow response here! What metrics should we monitor? Frequently monitored smoothness metrics include:

input_event_latency_discrepency
mean_input_event_latency
frame_times
mean_frame_time
first_gesture_scroll_update_latency
touch_scroll_latency_discrepency
