Mash bubble windows sized incorrectly.

Mash bubble windows sized incorrectly.

1) Run chrome --mash on linux desktop.
2) Show a tooltip or status area bubble.
3) Resize the shell window slowly.

At some point the bubbles will be sized absurdly large.

We should just archive things rather than moving them to an obsolete hotlist so they dont litter triage efforts.

Reopen (and assign) if you disagree.

FYI: This is unrelated to MD. Bugs with "mash" as a label or title string are part of the https://www.chromium.org/developers/mus-ash architecture project.

This particular bug is probably obsolete, but not because of MD.
