Bling Today widget doesn't render text properly

Version: 50.0.2661.95
OS: OS 9.3.2 (13F69)

Swiping down on the Today View screen displays off-centered text on occasion. Only way to display text properly is by exiting Today View and going back to it.

I started to refactor the code to use constraints (initial implementation was for iOS7)
This is an old bug that should be fixed, but I think It may be M-53.

No.

First fix make it not crash.
We still need to tune it so it looks good.
