Omnibox stuck half-displayed

Version: 52.0.2739.3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Load random page
(2) Scroll up and down

I have only run into this once and could not repeat.  See attached screenshots all taken from same page; Omnibox was stuck in a half-displayed state and did not move as the page was scrolled up and down, had to click to re-engage it.

This issue has been moved once and is lower than Pri-1. Removing the milestone.

If you still see this, please say so.  I haven't heard of anything like this, at least certainly not recently, so I'm closing as obsolete.
