"gpu_rasterization_tests (with patch)" is flaky.

This issue was created automatically by the chromium-try-flakes app. Please find the right owner to fix the respective test/step and assign this issue to them. If the step/test is infrastructure-related, please add Infra-Troopers label and change issue status to Untriaged. When done, please remove the issue from Sheriff Bug Queue by removing the Sheriff-Chromium label.

Same as the previous  issue 604953 , failing tests are

GpuRasterization.BlueBox
GpuRasterization.ConcavePaths

The previous issue was closed as a dup of 550016 which is now marked as fixed. cc'ing some people from 604953.

The flake link suggests that the latest stretch of this flaking started on 23 May but the patchset from the first entry in that stretch doesn't look related. stdout from the failing try runs suggest timeouts.

I suspect this is related to  issue 614394 , in which case it might be resolved.

It looks like the browser's randomly failing to start, similar to the Mac failures in  Issue 614394 .

Based on comment 7, in hopes that the root causes are the same, I'm going to dupe against  bug 614394 .

If the Windows failures here are _not_ due to the overloaded swarming pool as on the other bug, then perhaps  bug 614394  should be re-widened to be about Mac and Win.
