bluetooth picker weird position

Version: Chrome Dev 52.0.2739.3 
OS: Android 6.0.1; Nexus 5X Build/MHC19T

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit a Web Bluetooth demo
(2) Trigger Bluetooth picker
(3) Switch from Chrome to another Android app
(4) Open a new URL from the another app

What is the expected output?
Website looks good.

What do you see instead?
I see the previous bluetooth picker from the (old) tab.
