Issue descriptionI have a weird problem. I recently did a software update for Chromium and now it does not load any off my saved passwords (I literally had hundred for all my clients.) When I go to manage saved passowrds, nothing shows up. However, if I use incognito mode, it loads the user names and passwords perfectly. So it is there somewhere it's just not being accessed in normal mode. I searched for this problem on the forums and could not find an answer. I do not use Google Sync so I cannot use the backup solutions people posted about that. Currently using: > Version 50.0.2661.102 Built on Ubuntu 14.04, running on LinuxMint 17.3 (64-bit)

(No need to Cc, the component, status andlabels are enough to have this in the proper queue.)
