Web inspector device view does not automatically scale when "fit to window" is selected

Reported by designby...@gmail.com, May 24 2016

Issue description

Chrome Version : 50.0.2661.102 (64-bit)
OS Version: OS X 10.11.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Web Inspector and toggle device mode (on). In my example I have my web inspector docked to the right as in "webinspector_01.png"
2. Set the device, in my example it's "iPad"
3. Choose "fit to window" in the scaling dwopdown
4. Resize the window

What is the expected result?
Device viewport automatically scaled as in "webinspector_03.png"

What happens instead of that?
Viewport is cut off as in "webinspector_02.png"

This is intended: "fit to window" is a one-time action, not a sticky setting.

I count this bug report as a negative feedback to this decision, which is understandable. Let's gather more feedback, as this is the only one I've seen so far.
I understand.

It's odd, though, that the dropdown has five toggalable options, and one option that should be a button.
