What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome and navigate to above url.
2) Now scroll down the page to bottom end
3) Now click on Language(English) drop down list and observe

Actual : Misalignment of drop down list is seen
Expected : Misalignment of drop down list should not be seen

This is a regression issue broken in 'M-49' and below is the manual regression and Narrow bisect info:
Good build : 49.0.2576.0
Bad build : 49.0.2577.0

Note : 1) Issue is not seen on Mac OS.
       2) Issue is not seen on other browsers like Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer
