Just to update.

Able to repro this issue on Windows 7 for Google Chrome Canary Version - 53.0.2750.0 

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7 using chrome latest canary M53-53.0.2751.0 by following steps mentioned in the comment #0. Observed entries in drop down list under console section of DevTools as expected.

jshanbal@ - Could you please recheck this issue on latest chrome canary and kindly update the bug with latest behavior.

Above issue is still reproducible on windows 7 using chrome version 53.0.2757.0 with following steps:
1.Launch chrome,Navigate to above URL and kill the page (Chrome://kill)
2.Open DevTools and Reload the page.
3.Click on console tab,click on 'top'dropdown list,observe.

Actual: Entries in dropdown list are seen alternatively or blank.
Expected: Entries in dropdown list should be seen properly.

pfeldman, please have a fix ready and merge it to M52 branch once it is baked in Canary before 6/22 so that it can be picked up for next beta promotion.

chrome://kill is not supported by devtools.

Removing the RB label as per # 13.
