Tooltip on variable inspection has 0px height, content is unreadable

Reported by artek...@gmail.com, May 24 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open javascript file in sources tab
2. Hover variable with 'undefined' value
3. Tooltip shows up, but it has 0px height, so the content is invisible

What is the expected behavior?
User should be able to read tooltip's content.

What went wrong?
User is not able to read tooltip's content, when variable or expression has 'undefined' value.

Did this work before? Yes
