Regression:Unable to select context menu options and mouse pointer gets stuck.

Chrome Version:52.0.2743.3 (Official Build)8be70850ebcd3ec9433ba7606521c44009e96655-refs/branch-heads/2743@{#23} (64-bit)
OS: Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and navigate to http://media.tojicode.com/q3bsp/
2.Right click on select 'inspect' option, click on 'toggle device' button.
3.Click on 'fullscreen' icon of game,right click and hover mouse on context menu options and observe.

Actual: Unable to select context menu options and mouse pointer gets stuck.

Expected: Should be able to select context menu options.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M49' and will soon update other info.

Not a blocker, it's there since 49, and has small impact.
