svg/custom/use-referencing-nonexisting-symbol.svg and svg/custom/shape-rendering.svg are the failing tests btw.

Mark two SVG tests as failing on Win10.

This marks svg/custom/use-referencing-nonexisting-symbol.svg and
svg/custom/shape-rendering.svg as failing on Win10.

Baselines are the same as the Win7 ones.
