After rebaseline in https://codereview.chromium.org/2000033002 those two tests started failing consistently on the Win10 bot at https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.webkit/builders/WebKit%20Win10/builds/10415
svg/custom/use-referencing-nonexisting-symbol.svg and svg/custom/shape-rendering.svg are the failing tests btw.
