(1) Go to print the web page or PDF from out web based client system. (2) Change copies to 4 or 1 (3) Print pages What is the expected result? Should print out 4 copies of the website pages / What happens instead? I printed out 4 copies of the homepage/Document by going through the print method in chrome. First 2 copies printed ok, 3rd copy consisted of 11 blank pages, 4th copy printed ok. If I print out one copy it will randomly print blank pages this is an issues and we will have to move from chrome to Firefox Please provide any additional information below. We are using Xerox printers the two models that this is happening on are Phaser 4510 & Phaser 3635mfp and we are using the Xerox Global Print Driver PCL6 & the Xerox Global Print Driver PS. Yes the problem is happening on multiple computers which have been configured identically.

You said "If I print out one copy it will randomly print blank pages" - does this happen with the printers above? What if you choose "Save as PDF" as the destination? What if you choose "Microsoft XPS Document Writer" as the destination? What version of Windows?

Yes it happens with all the printers above, Save to PDF seems to work put this is not an option at this moment in time due to how quick the items need to be printed out. Not able to test the Microsoft XPS Document Writer as this has been removed via Group policy. We are using windows 8.1 U1 enterprise

Is there a computer you can test with where the XPS printer is available? Do you have a sample test document that you can attach to this bug, or were you trying to say http://www.gizmodo.co.uk/ is a test document?

After some testing we have found that if we scroll down to the bottom of the print preview so all the pages render then print the document it works okay. http://www.gizmodo.co.uk/ happens to be one of the things that causes the problem. we have other documents but due to the nature of the document I can not post it here sorry
