Some windows appear as black boxes during webrtc screen sharing on Windows 7

Issue descriptionChrome Version : Google Chrome 50.0.2661.102 (Официальная сборка) m (32 бит) URLs (if applicable) : https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/webrtc-desktop-sharing/nkemblooioekjnpfekmjhpgkackcajhg/related OS version : Windows 7 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) install extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/webrtc-desktop-sharing/nkemblooioekjnpfekmjhpgkackcajhg/related (2) click extensions' button in toolbar (Share Desktop) (3) dialog should open to select window for screenshare >What is the expected result? All the windows in the list should contain non-black content. >What is the actual result? Some of windows (for example other chrome windows) show black content instead of real captured video stream. (see screenshot) Any additional information (anything else which may help us debug the issue)? AFAIK works fine on Linux. Duping to bug 612487 , specifically comment #15: "This is a known issue for Chrome 50 but should not happen on a Chrome version 51 or higher. If that's the case get back on this bug with exact version info. " And Chrome 51 was released to the stable channel earlier this week: http://googlechromereleases.blogspot.com/2016/05/stable-channel-update_25.html
