Stray anonymous LayoutBlockFlow when list item marker moved

Run the attached empty.html with the --run-layout-test flag. Notice the empty zero-height anonymous block as the first LayoutObject child of the LayoutListItem. If you remove the forced layout tree generation (offsetTop), it goes away.

Yup, I didn't create a bug for this at the time but it is with me:

Looks like it is fixed in latest, i couldn't see the zero height anonymous block.
