The blurriness is concerning, but it's not clear to me what you're comparing it to. What is the source of ExpectedBehavior.jpg? Is that an older version of chrome?
"ExpectedBehavior.jpg" is captured on Nexus 9 with Chrome 50.0.2661.102.

Blink doesn't pay any attention at all to specific dpi settings, so I'm bouncing this to Skia or the compositor.

I can't reproduce on a Nexus 7, which has a similar DPI. Testing team, could
you test on an LG G Pad II 8.0(LGV498) or LG G Pad 7.0(LGV400)) if you have them?

Looping in respective TE's for TE confirmation on Android.

I tried on Lenovo Tab2 A7 which has ~170 DPI and couldn't repro the issue.

Type:IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors
Size:7.0 inches (~69.5% screen-to-body ratio)
Resolution:600 x 1024 pixels (~170 ppi pixel density)

Do you still have this problem with the latest stable version of Chrome (57)?

Removing Internals>Skia component because it's not clear if this is a Skia issue.
