Regression: Auto-fill data is not getting saved in signed in account.

OS:Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in into chrome>>Navigate to chrome://settings/autofill page>> Enter details in Add new street address overlay>>click on save and Observe.

Expected: Auto fill data should be saved successfully.
Actual:Instead auto fill data is not updated.

This is a regression issue broken in M-53.
Will provide bisect info soon.

Unable to reproduce this issue on chrome version: 53.0.2746.0 on Linux Ubuntu 14.04.

As per the discussion with the reporter this no longer repro's from her end and could probably be N/W issue.

Closing the issue for now, please re-open if you could repro.
