Win10-page crash

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open http://pc.uc.cn/
2. Click Download button.
3. On Win10, page crash

Unable to repro this issue on Windows 10 for Google Chrome Stable Version - 50.0.2661.102

@ledaalbert: Could you please re-test the same on a clean profile [chrome://settings -> Add Person] and let us know your observations.
