Chrome respects the System Preferences > Trackpad setting for pinch zooming. Items in about flags are subject to unannounced removal, per this warning on about:flags:

"""WARNING These experimental features may change, break, or disappear at any time. We make absolutely no guarantees about what may happen if you turn one of these experiments on, and your browser may even spontaneously combust. Jokes aside, your browser may delete all your data, or your security and privacy could be compromised in unexpected ways. Any experiments you enable will be enabled for all users of this browser. We are using HP all in one touch screen. While using Google chrome now, there is no option to disable pinch zooming.

How can someone now in Windows 8.1 or 10 disable pinch zooming? (if the option is removed and wontfix)
We are getting pinch zoom attacks from random users in kiosks. Can you please provide solution before removing something? (its not professional, just removing it without leaving a way to fix it)

You have mentioned they can remove it anytime without reporting, but why did they removed the command line argument too? command line argument was not having the reference of

"""WARNING These experimental features may change, break, or disappear at any time. they can remove the flags without informing but why the command line argument is also removed, making no sense.
