Default favicon is too dim for the dark Incognito MD-top-chrome bookmarks bar

The default page favicon is too dim for the incognito bookmarks bar. (My windows machine died recently so I can't test there today - this probably isn't be Mac-specific)

I'd expect the page icon's stroke to be #FFFFFF to match the stroke of the other-bookmarks folder icon. But I'm happy to defer to sgabriel@ and bettes@'s judgement.
