Steps to reproduce the problem:
Hi, my chromebook fails to launch extensions for both of my Google profiles; instead, all selected extensions (and note that I deleted most of them to try to clear malware or virus) and automatic extensions, such as the drop-down menu with word or spelling suggestions (it drops down on this page, too) are defunct and display what I think is simple Chinese characters and/or words. I cannot figure out what is happening, and I've unsuccessfully tried to run malware and ads and virus and phishing detection programs, apps, extensions, blah, blah... This has occurred over the past week or so. Please check this ronaldsbarry@gmail.com account profile and also ronaldscottbarry@gmail.com profile.
