Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to a page which pops up a tooltip with text ("title text") when hovering over part of it, and hover over that part of the page.
2. Switch to another page which also has some title text.
3. Hover over a part of the second page which has title text.
What is the expected behavior?
The text from the page I'm currently looking at should show up.
What went wrong?
The text from the previous page shows up instead. I think sometimes it's clipped to the length of the new one.
Did this work before? N/A
Chrome version: 50.0.2661.102 Channel: stable
OS Version: Debian Jessie amd64
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
I've seen this with many websites (new sites, XKCD, etc). I've also seen it both following links and switching tabs.
Unfortunately, right after I see it, I can never seem to reproduce it.
#592085 sounds very similar, but it also looks Mac-specific.
#421299 also sounds related, but that's related to touch, and I'm only using a mouse.
