What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open the ChromeVox tutorial at http://www.chromevox.com/tutorial/index.html
The description reads:
"when pressed at the same time, the Control and Alt keys are known as the ChromeVox keys"
2. press the "chromevox" key+down arrow to continue as requested by the tutorial

What is the expected result?
continue with the tutorial

What happens instead of that?
The screen rotates as described in this article:
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/processors/000005491.html
