Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Run with google-chrome --force-device-scale-factor=<something greater than 1> (alternatively set your Ubuntu font scaling greater than 1) 2. Look at tabs and at the user indicator What is the expected behavior? They shouldn't be blurry. What went wrong? They appear blurry. See the attached image. I did it with --force-device-scale-factor=4 to really exaggerate it, but its there even with the value I actually use, 1.3, and its noticeably distracting. Note that the text and other UI elements appear to be totally fine. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 50.0.2661.102 Channel: stable OS Version: Ubuntu 16.04 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
