Layout sizes of table row and section include cell spacing, inconsistent with FireFox and Edge |
|||||||
Issue descriptionhttp://jsbin.com/livune In Chrome: - the outline of the first table section encloses cell spacing at all sides; - the outline of a table row encloses cell spacing at left and right sides; - the outline of a later table sections encloses cell spacing at left, right and bottom sides. In Firefox and Edge, the outlines are drawn just around the bounding box of the contained cells of the row or the section, which don't enclose cell spacing at the outer sides.

Still reproduces. FWIW, webkit nightly 10.1 (12603.1.30.0.34, r217272) behaves same as chrome canary 60.0.3108.0. I'll put it on my list of layout tests to upstream.
