This has been happening for me for years. It drives me nuts and makes using Chrome very hard when I dock and undock often at the office. I'm not yet sure if my computer going into sleep mode has any relationship to the bug.

Using Windows 7. This has been happening for me for years on Chrome, so over many, many versions, including the latest. This is an extremely consistent problem for me across multiple Lenovo laptops.

Following up on this - please note that I have now received a new Thinkpad which no longer has the previous generations' docking station, and has been replaced with a single cable. Since upgrading to this new hardware, I have not re-encountered this issue. It existed across two previous generations of Thinkpad, so I am not sure if this issue was related to the hardware in any way. I'll follow back on this thread in the event I can reproduce the issue again. Regards - -Anthony
