Security: The password is not getting saved correctly for the given username

REPRODUCTION CASE:
Login to the site which has next page for security questions to be answered after providing the original username and password. Password is not getting saved for the username given on the first screen, instead the security answer is getting saved without any username associated with it.

Passwords should be handled with utmost care and mustn't be handled in such a way.

This sounds like you're describing a bug with the password manager. Could you give more details about this bug, e.g. what site it appears on?

It occurs on most of the sites. Currently I'm facing it on kite.zerodha.com
