We should consider adding an API so that web developers can access events which were coalesced into newer events.

This is definitely useful in the following use cases:
- Computing pointer velocity
- Drawing precise curves

We don't yet have a good sense of how important these use cases are, so it's difficult to know how to prioritize this.
