Content going outside viewport

Issue description

Example URL:
yahoo.com

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Fetch yahoo.com
2. After page loads click on the search field.
3. Observe the cancel area .

What is the expected behavior?
Cancel should appear within the viewport

What went wrong?
Cancel does not appear within the view port

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? Yes it worked on chrome 44

Does this work in other browsers? N/A 

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.54 beta  Channel: stable
OS Version: Android - L
Flash Version:

Observe the red box in the attached screen shot.
The half of 'cancel' goes outside the viewport.
Issue not observed on landscape mode

I could repro this issue on S5 AT&T / LMY47X. 50.0.2661.89 looks good.
