Chromebook hangs frequently when using cases chat

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 49.0.2623.112 (64bit)
URLs (if applicable) : cases.corp.google.com
Other browsers tested:
  cases chat works only on Chrome browser
     

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Works fine in windows machines


What is the expected result?
The system hangs very frequently. Because of this fact users is not able to support chat channel so fast as it is needed (personal SLA is the lowest in a group), it impacts there team chat SLA  and also negatively impacts the customers satisfaction. They tried to clear cash and cookies and restart her browser but it didn't speed up computer. Could you check that please. It's really important for them. -- Tried with wipe and enroll however issue persist

Unfortunately, we have limited knowledge on cases chat to repro the issue. Could you provide a net-internals dump with this problem?  That would make it much easier for us to figure out what's going on.  See https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/for-testers/providing-network-details.

What is cases chat?

Cases is a web application through with user's contact us via chat and we resolve the issue.

make sure your network is fine. Does this chat application work well on any other browser ? ie, mozilla 
Do you see any crash id's in chrome://crashes when you see the problem ? 
Is the whole system unusable or just that one tab crashed ?

Cases chat only works on Chrome browser. The issue is only with Cases chat in the chrome browser, other applications works fine in the browser.
