"Toggle ChromeVox Active Or Inactive" has no effect

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable Cvox Next
(2) Press the shortcut to toggle ChromeVox (Cvox+A>A), or use the menu item in command list under ChromeVox ("Toggle ChromeVox Active Or Inactive")

Expected: ChromeVox becomes inactive?

Actual: nothing changes.

The command does not appear anywhere in Options.

This command only works in the webstore release of ChromeVox (which has the aability to go inactive/active via a hotkey since it doesn't have a on/off toggle).

Where did you see the command?

Looks like it's in the caption panel; the panel doesn't check to show commands for the current platform (command_store.js has a platform filter property for each command).
