Pre-condition: No bookmark should be added.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and Open Ntp 
2. Observe bookmark bar.

Actual:Misalignment is observed between ‘Apps shortcut icon’ and default text in bookmark bar.
Expected:Misalignment should not be seen.

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 52’ and below is narrow bisect:
