I used an emoji in the description, and it looks like it got cut off.

## Steps to reproduce the problem

1. A container has `overflow: visible` and `box-shadow` and `transform`
2. It has an inner div with `overflow: auto`
3. That inner div has a child with `position: relative`, and that child has a pseudo element with `position: absolute`
4. You are on a Retina display , and
5. Your Mac scrollbars setting is Show scroll bars when scrolling (or Auto and you use a trackpad)


6. You scroll. The scrollbar appears in the wrong position, but it can be interacted with at the right position.
