Crashes chrome when you  click where it says to click

VERSION
Chrome Version: 52.0.2741.0 canary (64-bit) but works on all chrome i tested
Operating System: Win 10 64 bit, but works on win 7

REPRODUCTION CASE
This snippet of html crashes chrome when you click where it says to click
