What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Start Normal to Dev mode conversion.
    ( Press "Ctrl + D" on Recovery screen.)

What is the expected output?
Progress bar should be visible and fit on the screen.


What do you see instead?
Progress bar is coming on Top-Left corner during normal to dev mode conversion
