Support different input types in one pointer action sequence |

Issue descriptionIn the current SyntheticPointerActionController, we only allow single type of input for all actions in the sequence, either mouse or touch. We should support multiple types of input for one action sequence, so we can generate mouse and touch inputs at the same time.
