What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit a site. 
(2) The site silently adds a search provider entry.
(3) No indicator that a search provider has been added.

Would be nice to have a page action indicator when a site adds a search provider, so that the user gets to have a chance to block it. Currently the only way to manage them is via "Manage search settings" dialog in the settings page, and the search provider list can grow indefinitely if the user doesn't purge it from time to time.
