[CVox Next] Earcon Explorer page |

Issue descriptionOS: Chrome This bug is to capture the work for creating an Earcon Explorer page. This page should feature all of the ChromeVox Next earcons with corresponding descriptions of what the sounds signify. Eventually, we can even consider making these earcons selectable so that users can select or unselect certain ones that they simply don't want or need. We can explore different options for how to launch this page, but a simple idea to begin would be to enable the keyboard shortcut CVox + O + E (similar to the shortcut to open the keyboard explorer -- CVox + O + K). Pressing this shortcut would then open the explorer in a new tab.
