Wrong priority for redirected request in devtools

Priority of a redirected network request is always VeryLow as recorded by devtools NetworkManager, even when this is not the case in reality.

Copy priority from original request for redirects

We construct a new request to represent a redirect, but never set its priority.
This fixes that.
