Link and Buttons do not trigger when using touch screen or android

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Using a touch screen / android device 2. Browse to debug URL : http://www.demand-analysis.com/CS/debug.html 3. Touch link and button at top of page What is the expected behavior? The button and link should open website sacu-student.com. What went wrong? You can see that the touch has been detected but no action are taken. This works fine in IE / Firefox etc Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 50.0.2661.102 Channel: stable OS Version: 10 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 All help greatly appreciated
