Regression: Options of 'Group by' is seen out of 'File Size Stats' frame on resizing vertical handle towards R.H.S .

Issue descriptionChrome Version:52.0.2741.0 (Official Build) 19d105a2a1ec66924ff415f27ff170db7a67ba36-refs/heads/master@{#394609} 32/64 bit OS:Windows (7, 8, 10), Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.4),Linux (ubuntu 14.04 LTS) Steps: 1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://tracing. 2. Click on Record button, complete the recording and click on 'File Size Stats' 3. Open Dev-tool, close all 'Group by' options and drag the vertical handle of 'File Size Stats' towards R.H.S. 4. Now select 'Group by' options like Event type,etc from 'Add another' drop down, close Dev-tool window and observe. Actual: Options of 'Group by' is seen out of 'File Size Stats' frame. Expected: Options of 'Group by' is seen out of 'File Size Stats' frame. This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 52’ and will soon update the bisect info.
