It's a little different from the rest of the IO components, in that there isn't really any data transfer involved... it's more systems integration/ internals for lack of a better category.

That said, we can think about renaming/ moving it later, I've gone ahead and created the component w/ you two as admins to edit cc-es and descriptions.
